01_ABOUT_ISAAC

I'M NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEVELOPER.

I'm the guy you call when your developer and your SEO agency can't talk to each other. Because I speak both languages fluently.

FROM SNEAKERS TO SEO

I didn't start as a developer. I started as a hustler trying to sell sneakers online.

At 16, I taught myself HTML, CSS, and JavaScript because I couldn't afford to hire anyone. At 18, I built Restocktime — a sneaker resale marketplace that served 10,000+ customers and taught me more about performance, scale, and user psychology than any bootcamp could.

At 20, I realized the real opportunity wasn't selling products. It was building the systems that help businesses sell better, rank higher, and dominate their markets.

So I dove deep into technical SEO. Not the blog-and-backlinks kind. The Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, structured data kind. The stuff that actually moves rankings.

Now I'm the guy you call when your developer and your SEO agency can't talk to each other. Because I speak both languages fluently.

THE JOURNEY

2015

Started Learning to Code

Age 16. Taught myself HTML, CSS, JavaScript. No bootcamp, no CS degree yet — just YouTube tutorials and pure determination.

2017

Florida International University

Enrolled in Computer Science. Studied database architecture, algorithms, web dev — but the real education was building side projects.

2018

Launched Restocktime

Built a sneaker resale marketplace from scratch. Served 10,000+ customers. This is where I learned performance, automation, and user experience at scale.

2019

Dove Into Technical SEO

Realized rankings = revenue. Started studying Core Web Vitals, structured data, rendering performance — the engineering side of SEO.

2020

First Client Projects

Started taking on freelance work while finishing school. Local businesses, e-commerce stores, SaaS startups — learned to speak client language, not just code.

2021

Graduated FIU

Computer Science degree in hand. But by this point I'd already shipped more real-world code than most CS grads ever will.

2022 – PRESENT

IBY Web Design & SEO

Full-time developer and SEO engineer. Serving Miami and nationwide. 24+ clients. 347% average traffic growth. Building unfair competitive advantages through code.

05_PHILOSOPHY

HOW I WORK

01

UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS

I don't start with keywords or mockups. I start with: What are you trying to achieve? Who are your customers? What makes you different? Code without business context is just art.

02

ENGINEER THE SOLUTION

I don't use templates. I build custom solutions optimized for your specific situation. Every line of code earns its place. Every optimization is measured.

03

MEASURE THE IMPACT

I track traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue. If an optimization doesn't improve at least one of these, I roll it back. Data over opinions. Always.

04

ITERATE RELENTLESSLY

Websites aren't finished. They're living systems that need constant optimization. I treat every project like an ongoing partnership, not a one-time transaction.

06_READY_TO_BUILD

LET'S BUILD SOMETHING TOGETHER

I'm selective about the projects I take on. I only work with businesses where I can deliver measurable, significant results. If that's you, let's talk.
