The firm needed to move upmarket from residential to commercial contracts. Their old site lacked the professional polish and authority required to win enterprise bids.
What I built
Redesigned the digital brand to exude authority and trust, supported by a content strategy targeting high-value commercial keywords like "Executive Protection" and "Event Security".
Under the hood
We hardened the WordPress installation with security plugins and Cloudflare WAF to reflect the nature of the business. We implemented a custom HubSpot integration that routes leads to different sales pipelines based on the service requested (e.g., Event Security vs. Bodyguard), automating the qualification process.
Search
The strategy targeted the "Security Guard Service" niche across the tri-county area. We built detailed service pages for every vertical (Schools, Synagogues, Construction Sites) and cross-referenced them with location pages. This matrix structure signals deep topical authority. We also optimized for "near me" searches, crucial for emergency security requests.
