Four audits and a call
Four free audits. A person does them, not a crawler.
Every agency offers a free audit and almost all of them are a tool dumping two hundred warnings into a PDF with a logo on it. These are me opening your site, running your numbers, and writing down what is actually wrong.
No card, no trial, no drip sequence. Two business days. You keep the findings whether or not you hire me, including the ones you can fix yourself in an afternoon.
A person opens your site, tests it on a real phone, and writes down what is broken and what it costs you.
- What loads slowly, measured on mobile rather than on a desktop connection
- Whether Google can crawl and index the pages you care about, and which ones it is skipping
- Structured data: what you have, what is malformed, and what is missing
Your real rankings, the competitor sitting above you, and the specific gap between you. Not a keyword list.
- Where you actually rank for the terms that would bring you work, not vanity terms
- The competitor holding the position you want, and what their page has that yours does not
- Your map pack position, and whether proximity, reviews, or an unfilled profile is the thing holding you
I submit your form and watch what happens next. Most funnels lose the lead in the first ten minutes.
- What your lead actually receives after submitting, and how long it takes to arrive
- Whether that message tells them who you are, or whether it reads like a receipt
- Where the lead lands, and whether anyone can tell which ad or page it came from
Broken tracking looks identical to a slow month. I check whether yours is actually recording anything.
- Whether your GA4 tag fires on a real page load, checked in a browser rather than at the endpoint
- Whether consent settings are silently blocking your own collection
- Whether your conversions are wired to anything, or just defined and never triggered

A 30-minute call
If you would rather talk than fill in a form. Bring your site, your numbers, or just the problem you cannot name yet.
You will get me, not a salesperson, because there is only me. If what you need is not something I do, I will say so on the call rather than at the end of a proposal.
Book a 30-minute callPick one. The ask is a URL.
Two business days, no obligation, and you keep what I find.
