Broadcast system for TikTok Live card breaks: an OBS sales board, phone tap-to-sell control, and auto-fired animated overlays.
What it is
A break-selling broadcast system for TikTok Live. A 1920x1080 board renders as an OBS browser source so viewers watch slots sell in real time. The host runs the whole break from a phone with a tap-to-sell panel and haptic feedback. A drag-and-drop editor builds pairing templates. The moment a slot sells, an animated set-logo overlay fires on the stream automatically.

The build
Why, and how.
The problem
Live card breaks move fast. Most hosts track sold slots with spreadsheets and stickers while trying to run a show, and viewers have no clean way to see what is left.
What I built
Built three purpose-built surfaces: a 1920x1080 viewer-facing board for OBS, a phone control panel the host taps mid-stream, and a desktop editor for pairing templates. A sale updates the board instantly and fires an animated set-logo overlay on the stream, no host input required.
How it was built
- Three surfaces, one system: viewer board, phone control, template editor
- Remotion pipeline renders transparent WebM overlays for OBS
- Pure-CSS reset animation keeps the board at 60fps inside OBS
- Overlay prefetch and a frame-advance watchdog kill frozen frames mid-stream

- 75 animated set-logo overlays shipped as transparent WebM
- 73-set logo catalog wired into the board
- 42 Remotion pack-burst animations at 4 seconds each
- 60fps OBS-safe animation with frozen-frame protection
