Bhurst Live Board & Overlays
A break-selling broadcast system for TikTok Live. A 1920x1080 board renders as an OBS browser source so viewers watch slots sell in real time. The host runs the whole break from a phone with a tap-to-sell panel and haptic feedback. A drag-and-drop editor builds pairing templates. The moment a slot sells, an animated set-logo overlay fires on the stream automatically.

The challenge
Live card breaks move fast. Most hosts track sold slots with spreadsheets and stickers while trying to run a show, and viewers have no clean way to see what is left.

The solution
Built three purpose-built surfaces: a 1920x1080 viewer-facing board for OBS, a phone control panel the host taps mid-stream, and a desktop editor for pairing templates. A sale updates the board instantly and fires an animated set-logo overlay on the stream, no host input required.
