Eye in the Sky
Property intelligence for contractors. Every house in a ZIP code, ranked by how likely it needs their trade right now, with a map, a pipeline and the messages to win the job.
What it is
My own product, and the largest thing I have built. Eye in the Sky ranks every house in a contractor's ZIP codes by how likely it needs their trade right now, shows the reasons and a price range, and gives the crew a map, a file on every house, a pipeline board and messages to win the job. It reads every house for eight trades, from roofing and solar to pools and paving, and it covers all of Miami-Dade today: 353,544 houses in 76 ZIP codes, counted October 7, 2026. Every fact on every house comes from a public record or is measured from one. Where something is not known, the file says so.

What it does
8 things, working.
Every house in a ZIP code ranked for the trade, on a map and in a list
A file on each house: the roof, the lot, the work on record, the storms it has been through, and a price range
A pipeline board: owners see the company, a rep sees only their own leads
Texting from the company's own number, with consent, hours and opt-outs enforced on every send
A page made for each homeowner: their roof from above, the licence, one tap to call or text
Storm alerts over a company's ZIP codes as they are issued
Eight trades read from the same houses: roofing, solar, air conditioning, pools, fences, windows and doors, landscaping, paving
Two-step sign in, each company's leads kept apart, and a log of every change
Screens
See it running.
The build
Why, and how.
The problem
A contractor decides which doors to knock on with very little to go on. The houses that need the work now look the same from the street as the ones that do not.
What I built
One place that reads every house in the territory for the trade, puts the likeliest first with the reasons shown, and carries the lead from the map to a signed job.
How it was built
- Real records only: every fact comes from a public record or is measured from one
- Where something is not known, the file says so instead of guessing
- The rules on texting are enforced by the system, not left to the rep
- Built for a thumb: the map, the file, the board and the messages all work on a phone
What came of it
- 353,544 houses ranked across 76 ZIP codes, counted October 7, 2026
- All of Miami-Dade live, with the Florida Keys and Broward being added
- Eight trades on the same map
- Contractors request access with their licence and ZIP codes, and are set up from the portal
