A personal AI operations system that tracks the whole project portfolio, surfaces the day's priorities, and runs continuous automated rescans.
What it is
IBY Brain is an internal, always-on operations system. It ingests the state of the entire project portfolio, keeps a dossier on every project, and generates a daily agenda from what actually needs attention. Continuous rescans run in the background under a process manager, capture-and-recall stores decisions and lessons so nothing is lost between sessions, and status changes push straight to Discord. It is the control layer that keeps a large body of work coherent.

Why, and how.
The problem
Running many parallel projects means context lives in too many places. Priorities drift, decisions get forgotten between sessions, and nothing watches the whole board at once.
What I built
Built an always-on operations system that holds the state of the entire portfolio, keeps a dossier per project, and generates a daily agenda from what needs attention now. Background rescans run continuously and push status changes to Discord.
