The build
Why, and how.
The problem
Managing a nationwide network of contractors was chaotic. The client lacked visibility into regional performance and struggled to match supply with demand.
What I built
Developed a centralized command center with real-time analytics, allowing the client to visualize coverage gaps and optimize lead distribution instantly.
Under the hood
We utilized D3.js to render complex, interactive choropleth maps that visualize contractor coverage against lead demand. The backend, powered by Django and PostgreSQL, performs heavy geospatial aggregations on millions of rows of data. We implemented a caching layer with Memcached to ensure dashboard load times remain under 2 seconds despite the data volume.

As an enterprise platform, the SEO strategy was purely B2B. We optimized for high-value terms like "Contractor Network Management Software" and "Home Services Business Intelligence". We implemented a LinkedIn content strategy to drive traffic to whitepapers hosted on the site, capturing leads through gated content.
